Registration to the Annual General Meeting
The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting and the distribution of voting tickets will commence at 12.30 pm EET.
Each shareholder, who is registered on the record date of the Annual General Meeting March 13, 2026 in the shareholder's register of the company, has the right to participate in the meeting.
Registration to the meeting is open until March 18, 2026 at 4.00 pm EET. Votes can be cast in advance until March 18, 2026 at 4.00 pm EET.

The information provided herein will be used only for verification of the right to register to the meeting and for practical arrangements. Innovatics Oy will store the data for not more than two years.
