Registration to the Annual General Meeting 2023
The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting and the distribution of voting tickets will commence at 2.30 pm CEST.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the annual general meeting must on the record date, which is Wednesday 13 September 2023, be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB, or if the shares are registered in the name of a nominee, request that the nominee registers the shares in the shareholder’s own name for voting purposes in such time that the registration is completed on Friday September 15, 2023.
Registration to the meeting is open until Friday September 18, 2023 at 11.59 pm CEST. Votes can be cast in advance until Friday September 18, 2023 at 11.59 pm CEST. Questions can be submitted in advance until Friday September 18, 2023 at 11.59 pm CEST.
Registration is closed.
