Registration to the Annual General Meeting
The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting and the distribution of voting tickets will commence at 2.30 pm CEST.
Each shareholder who is registered in the shareholder register on the record date of the Extraordinary General Meeting, September 10, 2025, has the right to participate in the meeting.
Registration for the meeting is open until Tuesday September 12, 2025 at 11.59 pm CEST. Votes can be cast in advance until Tuesday September 12, 2025 at 11.59 pm CEST. Questions can be submitted in advance until Tuesday September 12, 2025 at 11.59 pm CEST.
Registration is closed.
The information provided will be used only for verification of the right to register to the meeting and for practical arrangements. The data will be stored for not more than one year.
