Registration for the Extraordinary General Meeting
Each shareholder registered in the Company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy on the record date of the General Meeting on 12 August, 2025 has the right to participate in the General Meeting.
Registration for the General Meeting is open until 18 August, 2025 at 3.00 pm EEST. Votes can be cast in advance until 18 August, 2025 at 3.00 pm EEST.
Registration is closed.
The information collected in connection with the registration will be used only for verification of the right to participate in the meeting and for practical arrangements. Innovatics Oy stores personal data for a maximum of two years after the end of the General Meeting. The minutes of the General Meeting and the list of votes attached thereto are stored permanently.
