Registration for the Extraordinary General Meeting
The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting and the distribution of voting tickets will commence at 2.40 pm EEST.
Each shareholder registered in the Company’s shareholders’ register maintained by Euroclear Finland Oy or Euroclear Sweden AB on the record date of the General Meeting on September 9, 2025 has the right to participate in the General Meeting.
Registration to the meeting is open until September 11, 2025 at 11.59 pm EEST. Votes can be cast in advance until September 11, 2025 at 11.59 pm EEST.
Registration is closed.
The information provided will be used only for verification of the right to register to the meeting and for practical arrangements. The data will be stored for not more than two years.
