Registration for the Annual General Meeting 2026
The reception of shareholders who have registered for the meeting will commence at 12.00 CEST.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the annual general meeting must on the record date, which is Wednesday September 16, 2026, be registered in the share register maintained by Euroclear Sweden AB, or if the shares are registered in the name of a nominee, request that the nominee registers the shares in the shareholder’s own name for voting purposes in such time that the registration is completed on Friday September 18, 2026.
Registration to the meeting is open until Friday September 18, 2026 at 23.59 CEST. Votes can be cast in advance until Friday September 18, 2026 at 23.59 CEST. Questions can be submitted in advance until Friday September 18, 2026 at 23.59 CEST.
The information provided will be used only for verification of the right to register to the meeting and for practical arrangements. The data will be stored for not more than two years.
